How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany ALL returns whether by warranty, refund, or exchange. If you don't contact us before returning an item, it will delay the processing of your return.

Warranty

Unless otherwise noted in the description of the product, all products sold on this site come with a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, and future patch releases are not covered. If we can't fix your defective product then we will replace it with one of equal value at no cost to you. Products showing signs of normal use are acceptable for replacement and are contingent upon our inspection once we receive the merchandise.

Wordene Modz offers quality products and guarantees all Xbox and Playstation Controllers are assembled professionally. All the controllers we ship have warranty labels on the inside. If you try and open your controller this seal will be broken and ANY tampering of these seals will IMMEDIATELY void the warranty on your controller. Often times individuals try to open the controllers with no experience. This could possibly result in damage to the PCB board and may disconnect wired chip components. If the controller has been opened, all necessary repair and shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

We at Wordene Modz want to bring you the very best in Rapid Fire Mods and at the same time make you aware of our company policy in order to avoid any misunderstanding. We've listed below our return policy and user agreement. Please read through it completely as any purchase on this site will be bound by these terms. Thank you for your support!

We offer a 90 day money back Guarantee on all orders, minus shipping and handling charges. To qualify, the product(s) must be unused and show no signs of wear. Also, be sure to purchase tracking and insurance when returning merchandise as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All products are tested before they are packaged and sealed in a shipping box. Therefore, if you receive a damaged product or it's not in working condition, please contact our customer service department and we will open a claim with FedEx, UPS or USPS to cover the cost of goods.

If your product is physically damaged, and the 90 days have elapsed, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and repair costs. You must inform us of any damage before the 90 days elapse.

-In the rare event you receive a product that you did not order, please contact customer service immediately. Again, you must inform us of any damage before the 90 days elapse. Otherwise you'll be responsible for all shipping fees.

No EXTENDED WARRANTY can be purchased once the product has been delivered.

Wordene Modz will NOT REFUND any money after the 90Day Money Back Guarantee has expired.

If you are purchasing a custom controller, please allow at least 24-48 hours until it is fully assembled and passed through our QC department. We don't have any pre-assembled controllers in stock, since we have many product variations.

Our mod chips are delicate and can be easily damaged by an untrained individual. Therefore Wordene Modz does not offer refunds on any chips that have been soldered to. Please read through our instructions before working on a mod kit to be sure you can perform the installation.

If you're mailing your controller in for a repair, the technician department will take up to 48 hours to test and fix any issues it may have.

We ship to the address on file with the credit card company or the PayPal account used to complete payment. Meaning, please do not alter your ship to address as it can ONLY be shipped to the address on file with the credit card company or PayPal account being used to complete payment.
